Use cold water and a mild detergent to prevent color fading and damage to the fabric.Avoid bleach and other harsh chemicals.For all DONSWORLD clothing, tumble dry on low heat to prevent shrinkage and color fading.

RETURN POLICY

Product(s) must be unused and returned in the same packaging and condition that it was sent in, in order to be eligible for a refund or return. DONSWORLD will exchange or refund any unused product as long as inventory is available and the customer has contacted us with the issue within 7 days of receiving the order. If contacted after 7 days, we will decide on a case by case basis whether the customer will be eligible for a return with an exchange or refund. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier a tracking number will be provided.

DONSWORLD is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order is handed to the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, feel free to reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
